For 14 years, I worked in property management across British Columbia. I wasn’t just managing buildings, I was constantly evaluating service businesses, comparing options, and deciding who earned my trust and my business.
When the HVAC broke in summer, pipes froze in winter, or an electrical issue threatened tenant safety, I needed reliable contractors FAST.
Here’s what I learned during those 14 years:
